## Vaultwarden ## 1. Vaultwarden (The Best All-Rounder) Vaultwarden is an unofficial, lightweight implementation of the Bitwarden API written in Rust. It is the gold standard for people who want Bitwarden's features but want to host it themselves. Cross-Platform: Works on everything (iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, and all major browsers via extensions). Self-Hostable: Extremely easy to run via Docker. It is very low-resource, making it perfect for a home server or Raspberry Pi. How "Sharing" works: Instead of QR codes, you use "Collections." You create an Organization within Vaultwarden and move certain passwords into a "Collection." You then invite another user (with their own login) to that Collection. Security Benefit: If you want to stop sharing a password, you simply remove it from the collection or remove that person's access. =========================================================== Hosting Your Own Password Manager with VaultWarden - An Alternative to Bitwarden's Official Server https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dxq8ItviX5s&list=PLDYUG5PASuclu1oFncOSAJp3jIIlKKPvD&index=1
