The database browser plugin that we suggest, in the next video, no longer works reliably with recent versions of IntelliJ IDEA.  In fact, it probably won't appear in the plugins list.

You can continue to use the sqlite3 command line, to interrogate your databases.

If you'd prefer to use a GUI, check out these 2:

https://sqlitebrowser.org/

https://sqlitestudio.pl/

Students have found both of them useful, choose whichever you prefer.

We'll be using the DB Browser for SQLite, when we remaster this section, but that's only because it shows up better on video.  Both are very good.

There are a couple of changes you'll need to make, now that we removed the video about the database browser plugin.

The first is to the code, lines 53 onwards should now be:

terry = Account("TerryJ")
graham = Account("Graham", 9000)
eric = Account("Eric", 7000)
michael = Account("Michael")
terryG = Account("TerryG")

db.close()

Also use whichever solution you've chosen for accessing your database, and execute the following query to rename the transactions table to history

ALTER TABLE transactions RENAME TO history;
COMMIT;

You can execute that query in sqlite3, or using one of the GUI front ends.

After that, change "transactions" to "history" on line 5 (in the CREATE TABLE command).
