I have made payments since June 2023 and payed off £…. The agreement was on £600 and i have £200 odd left 
Hackney C are now saying i own them £…….
Hackney council are now saying i owe £4000

This new amount £4000 has seem to come from nowhere as when i made enquires nobody has never told me about this even in 1 to 1 interviews or phone calls i have made over that passed 2 years.
As far as im aware i have 
According to my calculations i only have £246.80 left to pay and these payments end in November 2025 with the last amount of £47.22 

I Now i have been informed that this overpayment will be deducted from my Care Allowance once a month at the Amount of £109.20 for the foreseeable future
I only get  £…….. care allowance 
As this is my only income now as i left work and now look after my daughter due to her mental health issues she had since 2010.
I have been to Hackney Council a few of times to prove my Monthly income with my wage slips, a letter from my employer bank statements and at one point that my daughter attended a special needs college.
 They also have evidence and have uploaded evidence a few times over the past few years to show them my monthly salary as Hackney had me on their system as earn weekly of £400 and not Monthly of £400 also Hackney had my Daughter on their system as earning a salary to which she has never earned a salary due to her mental health issues.

I them received a final notice email this year on 23rd January 2024 requesting £128:21 for council tax to which i called saying i have already made arrangements fro this, then on the 17th of September 2024 another final notice for council tax  £406:00 was sent to me requesting payment arrears i called again and this last time i ask to see someone about this overpayment again.
On the 11th October 2024 at 11am i had an appointment with Valentino and he advised me to ask for a revision of this payment so i requested this. 

I then received a email back from Khaliel Balogun on the 21st of October 2024 stating a different outstanding amount of £3964.65 that seems to look like i have already made a payment £183.00 where has this come from and how can i have made a payment of £183.00 if i never knew nothing about this.
I know i have £2…… left now due to regular payments made since June 2023 on the amount of £600 that i owed.
So i don’t know where £4000 has can from. 
I now have a letter from the DWP saying that £…..
will deducted from my care allowance as as Hackney council have requested this to pay the debt off ( find amount and add)
