# How to get a Trakt API Key
Visit https://trakt.tv/ and log in with your account
Go to Settings → Advanced → Your API Keys and click the green New Application button
Enter a Name for your application
In Redirect uri enter urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob
Under Permissions enable /checkin and /scrobble
Press Save App
Now you have a Trakt Client ID and Client Secret.

Open Kodi
Open Fen Light AM
Go to Tools
Press Settings
Select Meta Accounts
Under the Trakt section, copy your Trakt Client ID and Client Secret
Under the TMDB section, copy your API Key
Press Back
Select Database and Cache Maintenance
Press Clear All Cache (Excluding Favorites)
Restart Kodi
