Bumped version to v3.1
Bcoz the urls where pointing to WRONG text files @000WebHost.
The new urls for the text files are @UltraSeedBox public folder.. www.shares

- Ultra Seedbox closed my Public Folder so my wizard has to login to read the Build.txt files etc.
- I discovered how to put u/name + P/word into the Url and get access to my .txt files of my wizard. (Mon/8th/July/2019)
- I updated the following .txt Urls in my Shinobi.tv-WizMod2 wizard "uservar.py" file..
